(as always) TWO DIFFERENT FILES, but the same show... your choice (the AAC version sounds better and includes "bookmarking" for iTunes and iPods: if you stop midway, you can come back to where you left off) both: 1 hour, 21 minutes and 11 seconds, 48 kbps bitrate, 44.1 kHz (38 kbps VBR/32 kHz for MP3) sample rate.
MP3 format, 22.3 MB,

This was a great podcast, Greg Rox.
ReplyDeleteBTW, on the "turnkey" just insert the group and go, temp is up to spec thing - the LM GS3 has some tweaks that approach this ideal state. They aren't there yet, but they're a lot closer than most machines on the market today. Part of the hybrid group design, but also part of some of the way the brew boiler's been set up.
I'm hoping Greg is getting one of the prototypes to fool around with. I'd love to find out his take on this specific issue.
PS Nick - your dismas laugh was in full effect this show! ;)
ReplyDeletecould dismas be assimilating nick cho?
ReplyDeleteI laughed when Greg said (something to the effect) that studying how to make good coffee was the marriage of art and science. EXACTLY what I've been thinking, and exactly why I find coffee culture so interesting.
ReplyDeleteLeave out either aspect, the art or the science, and you're way behind the curve....
Dudes... watch you levels... keep the levels of all of the people speaking up.. it sucks to have to crank the volume just to hear someone else speaking.
ReplyDeleteI agree...BUT the levels are WAY better. #15-#18 marked a major improvement on audio and content.
ReplyDeleteI love this article.
