At this point in time, Board members are paying their own way to meetings for the WBC. The WBC itself will re-imburse board members once it is on stable financial footing.
ReplyDeleteNick and Jay, while meetings in Paris sound pretty extravagnt, keep in mind the the WBC is a joint partnership of the SCAA and the SCAE and it's board is split right down the line.
Paris is very close for the Eropean board members and cuts on cost. We split the meeting to 1/3 in the U.S. 1/3 in Europe and 1/3 in the WBC host city.
