I was served with a subpoena yesterday from the 3rd District Court of Appeals of Washington DC, regarding slanderous comments made on a recent episode. On advice of our attorneys, I can't discuss the details of this matter, but it was necessary to pull the plug on the podcasts until this gets worked out.

I'll try to update everyone when it is appropriate.
